DUBAI GENERALS COMPLEX (ALT 1 & 2)

The Dubai government granted plots to eleven of its major generals working at Ministry of Interior. EAS was invited as well as three international offices to participate in the competition to provide the project concept design.

The project is residential complex consists of eleven residential buildings and car parking building behind each one. EAS submit two design proposals for the project.

The first proposal was simplistic design with common elements for each different plot to give individuality and continuity and the second one was modern style with glass and aluminum cladding facade.
